Forum ‘Opinion Poll’ Results: The Arts and Culture Forums have taken a follow up ‘Opinion Poll’ each year.  The poll was taken immediately after the forum while opinions and memories were fresh. Attendees were encouraged to list any number of candidates that are “likely” to have won their vote.

This poll is intended for information only, and is intended to simply record some reactions to this forum. The specific results of this spot-poll are for the benefit of the candidates. It is helpful for them to know how their messages are being received.

The Results: The audience was asked: “Based on what you know and have heard today which candidates are likely to get your vote?”
All candidates received votes. The candidates who were most listed were:

Bill Chisolm  (Tied for most mentions.)
Scott Jablow  (Tied for most mentions.)
Sandy Moriarty
Janice Howes Hudson
Brock Delinski

The Forum organizers encourage you to watch the video, read the handout, investigate, evaluate, and then make your own independent choices.

As you will see on the Forum Handout, the audience was also asked:
“Rate the importance of support for the arts in your decision.”

79% of those responding said that support for the arts was ‘Very Important’ in their voting decision.

Please feel free to share the links to this page, to the Forum Video and the Forum Handout with others. The Forum organizers are committed to the very highest quality performing & creative arts in Sedona. We expect you are, also. As engaged citizens, and with supportive City Council members, we can shape the future we envision.

Thank You!
